  About Yoga    
  Yoga provides significant positive effects on a person’s medical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Numerous scientific studies demonstrate that meditating can support the healing process of chronic or stress-related illnesses effectively. Meditation brings you greater energy, lower blood pressure, a lower cholesterol level, better muscle tension and heart function, a better way of coping with stress, enhanced breathing and a better life.

Satyananda Yoga is a traditional form of Yoga which includes Asanas, Pranayama, Tantric practices, cleansing practices, mind focusing practices, Pratyahara and meditation. It differs from other forms of Yoga in that it involves the multi-layered aspects of our being right from the beginning.

  About Olga    
  Olga Lebner  

Originally from New Jersey, Olga Corsi-Lebner is has been a Las Vegas resident for twenty-eight years. She has practiced Yoga for twenty-three years and taught for sixteen. She received her training from Swami Divarupananda, who inspired her on her path. She studied at the Bihar School of Yoga in India from 1988 to 1989 where she refined her techniques. Olga operates the Academy of Yoga with Olga where she teaches Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation classes.

To enhance her knowledge of Yoga, Olga has made ten spiritual pilgrimages to India, where she also taught Yoga to Westerners. Olga believes that Yoga has changed her life. By becoming in touch with herself on all levels, she is able to share her personal knowledge with others.
